Founded in 1949 as Meadows Sheet Metal Works, Meadows Mechanical has grown from a small sheet-metal shop into a full- service mechanical contractor trusted across California. Over 75 years, the company expanded into HVAC, plumbing, piping, fabrication, and complex mechanical systems. Driven by craftsmanship, innovation, and strong leadership, we continue this tradition with the same commitment to excellence that has defined us for generations.

Company History
1949 - Company founded as Meadows Sheet Metal Works in Culver City
Founded by three partners: Ed Banks, Bill L, and Von Meadows
Operated as a general sheet metal shop specializing in gutters and downspouts
1958 - Edward Glen Banks becomes 100% owner of Meadows Sheet Metal Works
1979 - Incorporated as Meadows Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning
Expanded into a full-service mechanical contractor
Continued growth in sheet metal, HVAC, and mechanical services
Early 1990s - Leadership transitioned and company expanded operations
Madonna Rose became the majority owner
Tom Nolan became the CEO
Began a new era of professionalization and company development
Relocated headquarters to support growth and efficiency
1997 - Official registration of the name “Meadows Mechanical”
2015 - Opened Meadows’ plumbing and piping fabrication shop
2024 - Celebrated 75 years in business
2026 - Continued commitment to innovation, growth, and developing the next generation of leadership
